Shipping & Delivery Policy

The Paw is committed to providing a transparent and reliable shopping experience. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we handle your order from the moment it's placed to the moment it arrives at your door.

Order Processing

Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters our processing stage, which takes up to 5 business days. During this time we verify, pack, and dispatch your item, and generate your tracking number. You'll receive your tracking information automatically via the email address used at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days. Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Royal Mail or courier operational delays
  • UK Border Force or customs inspections
  • High-demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
  • Strikes, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

Based on our logistics history, approximately 85% of orders are delivered within 15 business days.

Order Tracking

All orders include full international and domestic tracking. You can monitor your parcel's journey from origin to your door using the tracking number sent to your email. It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking updates to avoid missed delivery or return to sender situations.

Failed Delivery & Collection

Deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail or our designated courier. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a delivery attempt notice will be left and your parcel may be held at your local post office or delivery depot for collection. If the parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your purchase. Address changes can only be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this window, we are unable to modify or cancel your order. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any costs associated with reshipment are the customer's responsibility.
